Base weighs 3 pounds has a built-in super strong magnet with 176 pounds (80 Kg) of holding power
Magnet has an On/Off switch which easily and quickly engages / releases magnet
Base has V-groove on bottom for mounting on cylindrical surfaces
Fully adjustable chrome plated two-arm design
Precision fine adjustment knob for precise positioning
Accepts nearly all AGD dial and test indicator mounts
Overall height 9″
The vertical arm extends 7″ from the base. The cross arm is 6″ in length
